I need specifics for the following question(s):
1. What federal contracts for services will be let out for the
remainder of 2004 for the Texas area? I am primarily interested in
the military but would also like to know civilian agencies.
2. Any data such as potential contract values for those contracts
listed in Item 1 above. All such data would be appreciated.
Many thanks |

Bob,
I'm fairly well-versed in federal contracting, and would love to help,
but I need to get clear on what you're after.
--Contracts aren't announced until they're..well...announced! There's
no way of knowing what will materialize until it's actually made
public. Are you looking for ways to keep up to date on the latest
contract announcements? if so, I can help you there.
--What types of work are you focusing on? The feds contract
everything from cleaning latrines to designing missle defense systems.
It will help a lot to zero in on one or a few types of work.
--Have you done federal contract work in the past? If so, give me an
idea of your level of experience, please.
--Are you considered a small business? If so, there are a lot of
resources that can assist you in looking for and (hopefull) getting
federal government work.
Let me know -- in as detailed a fashion as possible -- what sort of
assistance we can provide and I might be able to help you out.
Cheers.

Bob,
I've compiled a spreadsheet database of subcontracting opportunities
with military contractors in Texas. The database lists the prime
contractor, the key contact person for small business subcontracting
(name, address, phone), and the types of activities/services covered
by the contract.
You can access the spreadsheet here:
http://68.15.21.151/uploads/researchers/Texas.123
Let me know if this is the kind of information you're after.
Thanks
