Hello, dekabria:
If it's generated in the eighties, maybe it's a propietary format,
could you provide which program uses that file? It would be great if
you can post that file online, so we can examine it. If you cannot
make it public, just tell me and I will provide you a place to upload
it privately.
By the way, this is the only reference I have found to that extension:
FileExt
http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=stv
Regards.

Hello, dekabria:
If you don't mind to release the file to the public, you can upload
it somewhere and post a link here, but if you are afraid of the
contents and don't want to publish it, you can go here:
http://www.xpde.com/upload.php
And upload it there, so I will be the only one with access to it, if
possible, upload a file not very big, please.
Regards.

Could you tell me more about the file? I have been checking it out
