I am looking for a site to download a legal copy of a Daragon
Naturally Speaking Preferred version 7 upgrade. No luck so far. Have
tried many variants, waded through many sites. Can you help?

I don't believe it's possible, since it is a packaged, retail product.
 If it's not available on the corporate website, it's not going to be
available elsewhere.

Ah, I take that back... you said "upgrade."  I originally thought you
were talking about the full program.  If you can't download an upgrade
from the corporate site, I wouldn't think it would be available
elsewhere.
