I accepted some calls from a relative in the DOC of Massachusetts. I
would like to pay for the calls. I called the number they provided
and the menu does not provide this information -- even under
"Billing." There is no human being answering the phone -- everything
is automated.

How can I find out how to pay for these calls?

Please tell Nelson-Ga that I have never gotten a bill and my phone is not blocked.

I have never had so much trouble getting an invoice from any company.

I can't let the matter go because I have been told that after a
certain number of calls without a
payment Evercom shuts you off. But thanks for responding.

Seems as if this is an ongoing problem.

Did you get a bill? Has your phone been blocked?

Hi mahga. Um, why don't you just let it slide? Unless your telephone
account has been harmed, it may just be best to not stir things up.
