I need an easy to understand description of the Bill Of Rights.  What
each amendment guarantees.

three-fifths down the following page:

This list appears to answer your question.  However, I want to make
sure you are happy with it.  Please let me know if you need something
more detailed (but still easy to understand), or if there is something
else wrong with these descriptions.  If you need a set of descriptions
that is better in some way, I would be happy to search for it.
