Hello, bmcompany:
The list of CMS availables is endless, there is a lot of them, each
one with it's own unique features, so I have tried to create a list
with the best, from the point of view of ease to use to novice users
with no HTML experience. One of the features I have been looking for
is that page editing is done with a WYSIWYG editor, here are my
results:

And now the OpenSource features, before researching this answer, I
thought there were more free alternatives, in fact, there are, but
they lack, in general, the easy of use required to enable any kind of
user to publish content on the web, here are my opensource results:

Also, it could be interesting to you this CMS Report, which englobes
all CMS flavours on the market, although you are interested only in
Web Content Management:
CMS Report

You can download a sample or buy the full version.
Conclusion:
My personal opinion and because your purposes is that you go with a
commercial product, open source ones tend to be more powerful, but
harder to use and more complicated to install and manage, so if you
just want to allow your users to edit the pages, there is no need for
more complicated environments.
As in previous answers from me, this is an open answer, please, don't
hesitate to request for more info on an specific product, or even more
search results, this is not a problem and I will be glad to help you.

Hello, bmcompany:
Ok, the database was created when you opened your account, so it has
the same user and password you have for the site, in any case, that
values are stored on the config.php file on the site, just open it and
you will see them, I don't want to post them here ;-)
Regards.
