This prophecy was delivered by a parishioner of a pentacostal deliverance churc in open session for all. How do I get an exhaustive application of scriptual references and/or footnotes both for and against being biblically supported. Is there a web site engine to run such documents thru in the future for relevance to the bible? Sunday, February 29th, 2004 So many take grace, My mercy for granted. Because I bless they take it and trample it and insult Me to My face. Don?t take me for granted, because I spare you, because I bless you. They come whenever they feel like it. Take heed, beware, pass it on what I say to you today. Stop taking My mercy, stop taking My grace for granted. I?m not flesh and blood that you should play with. Yes, My mercy is longsuffering, but I even I, God has a limit. I?ve got a drawing line; I?ve got a drawing line. Don?t you dare cross it. Time out. It?s time out for playing church. It?s time out for slipping and sliding. You come, maybe, whenever the mood suits you. You don?t bother. Yet when you come you want Me to bless you. You want Me to flatter you. Have not I told you time and time again, you play by My rules. Play by My rules. You come My way or you don?t come at all. Do you hear what I say? Watch out! Watch out! Those that are slipping and sliding. You come in and you come out. ?Well I?m going today. It?s my duty.? You think that you?re buying something from Me? You think that you?re getting points from me because you decide to show up. I don?t play those kind of games. You better remember Ananias and Sapphira. Those days are going to increase now that it is the end time. You?re going to say, ?I thought they were saved?. It doesn?t go by what you think. It doesn?t go by what your natural eyes observe for My word says, My Spirit, My eyes are looking inside. I weigh each and every man according to what is inside his spirit. You may be able to fool others on the outward appearance, but I don?t look at that. I don?t measure you by that. In the end when I make up my jewels many will come before Me saying, ?Lord, Lord didn?t I do this, didn?t I do that?? And I will say depart from Me, I don?t know you. Get out I don?t know you. Move from in front of My face, I don?t know you. I have no parts with you. I had no fellowship with you. I don?t care what you display in front of others, My Spirit, My eyes you cannot escape. I?m so high you can?t go over Me. I?m so low you can?t get under Me. I?m so wide so don?t go around. You must come in by the narrow way, narrow path. You?re going to cut it right on down to the wire just the way I want it. I?m sick of it. I?m sick and tired of all this ?willy-nilly? stuff. This shallow stuff. I want the real thing. Yes, I want the real thing. Every body that you think is standing in right standing with Me, but I?m telling you they are not. They?ve been playing all along. You better get your act together, you better get your act together, get it together, you better get your act together, get it together, get it better get your act together, you better get your act together, get it together, get it together. Get it as the world says where the rubber meets the road. You better take heed. You better listen. You better get into a place of reverence. Reverence and honor of Me when you come in that door. Your mind better be made up. You better make up your mind when you come in that door that it?s business, real business with Me! - Presumed voice of God talking through annointed parishioner in prophecy. | |

Greetings Rkwells: It might benefit your quest to recall Oral Robert's claim of years ago: "Oral Roberts's "donate or God will call me home" gimmick was but the latest in a long series of fund-raising scams he has perpetrated upon his viewers. Unfortunately, it is not just Roberts who has utilized fund-raising tactics that are, to say the least, of questionable integrity." http://religiousbroadcasting.lib.virginia.edu/powerpolitics/C7.html I don't believe there is a biblical database to perform the task you request but I would be happy to provide you with a list of Christian bible search sites where you could plug various synonyms associated with the above speech to see what results. Best regards, journalist-ga |

Even though there are a lot of extra words added to the whole script, which is far from biblical, the basics can be found at Matthew 7, verses 21 to 23. Quote...21" Not everyone saying to me, `Lord, Lord` will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my father, who is in the heavens, will. 22. Many will say to me in that day, `Lord, Lord`,did we not prophecy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?". 23. And yet then I will confess to them; I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness. A cross reference scripture is found at First John 3;4.. Everyone who practises sin is also practising lawlessness, and so sin IS lawlessness. This is straight from the Bible and I would think that the person who "Spoke a prophecy" did not make it up themselves but embellished a well known Bible scripture. I cannot see God telling us the same thing TWICE. |

Like you, I was always taught to test prophecy against scripture. Translation and interpretation makes for some interesting debate which is not always helpful - but I do have an observation...If you believe, (as I believe) that Christs' sacrifice was once and for all, then (although Paul is keen to point out that we should not deliberately carry on sinning) God's grace cannot run out - his patience cannot run thin or else Jesus' sacrifice is devalued. This is my understanding of the Gospel as learned over thirty-odd years - if your perception of the Gospel is different, then I apologise for butting in. There is a warning in the text which is entirely valid (ie. don't take God's grace for granted), but the threatening part of the text harks back to Old Testament (ie. before the sacfrice of Jesus). I'm not keen to get into providing ammunition (in the form of references)for some sort of confrontation, but for balance I would encourage you to look up references for Gods' grace and I am sure you will feel assured in your faith. |
