the money to an acounnt in portgal the recipient name is
ferreiras500-empreitadas na construcao civil the bank is bnc

I've had a quick look at the Contract and I don't like it a bit.

The Developer has made no commitment to a completion date which is
'subject to Planning Permission'.

I recommend that you take legal advice (in your home country and in
Portugal)before paying over any money.

Personally, I would prefer to buy a property that is already built
rather than one that's only on the drawing board.

I know that it looks a steal compared with property prices in the UK
(for example) but I would suggest that you take your time and have a
good look round before committing yourself.

Remember it's much easier to spend money than to make it.
