Hi Researchers,

What were the impacts of war on ordinary people living during the
Colonial period (pre-1877)? A complete answer need not be an essay,
but should direct me to several sources of information.

Thanks!

Thank you very much for accepting my suggestion as the answer to your

I'm glad the book was useful!

Your English literature question sounds interesting. I look forward to seeing it.

Thanks pinkfreud. I just posted the English Lit question under
"English Literature - Romantic Period" in the "Homework help" section.

If you can obtain a copy of a book entitled "A People's History of the
American Revolution: How Common People Shaped the Fight for
Independence," you'll find a wealth of information therein.

Thanks for the info, pinkfreud. Unfortunately I only have free time
during my work day, not afterwards, so I can't get to a library and
this paper is due soon...does anyone have web suggestions?

pinkfreud, would you mind posting your comment as an answer? I did
end up using that book, in the absence of any information on the web,
and I'd like you to get paid for your help. I have a new question on
English Literature after the Romantic period, if you're
interested...:-)
