Who handles Michael Bloomberg's personal philanthropy, what charities
has he donated to in the past 3 years, and what were his total
donations in 2001, 2002, and 2003?

Specifically I'm looking for a contact (name, number, location) who
currently oversees/manages his personal giving.

Thank you very much.

This isn't very recent, but it might be of interest:

"Mayor-elect Michael Bloomberg will continue giving to charity after
he becomes mayor and said he intends to avoid conflicts of interest by
delegating decisions on his charitable donations to an independent
panel. Bloomberg, a billionaire, gives about $100 million a year to
charity."
