I want to locate author Martha Wyman and/or Elizabeth Case, writers of "Cook Away" (The Outing Cookbook, Selected Recipes for Cabins, Cabin Cruisers, Houseboats, Kitchenettes and Trailers) published in 1937 by Longmans, Green and Co., New York?Toronto for permission to reprint recipe from that same book. (US Residents? Canadian? Living?) Thank you. |
