Robert Fazzi & Associates (Northampton, MA) did a survey of Home
Health Agencies in 2002 & published benchmarks.  Summaries appeared in
home health magazines.  Need to find summaries.

Success in Home Care Magazine's issue of April 22, 2002 apparently has
