Please help me find full text works by Gererdus Heymans in English to
supplement a biographical report I have written. I would prefer to be
sent to an online resource, but can order books or reprints. The
subject matter is unimportant. I already have his chapter from
Murchison's A History of Psychology in Autobiography, so that would
not answer my question. He was a student of Fetchner and one subject
he wrote on was psychic monism. I believe there is a written work
called " to the citizens of the Belligerant States" but have been
unable to find full body of text. Articles, book excerpts and letters
are all appriopriate, as long as they are by Heymans and in English.

I have found a copy of "To the Citizens of the Belligerent States" --
which appears to be a pamphlet or very short book, and probably
relates to World War I -- advertised for $36.00 from a rare book
seller. It is also available at some libraries. Would either of
these options be sufficient answer? (If the library option sounds
best, perhaps you can indicate your approximate location, so that I
can see whether a local library has a copy.)

Note: A search of collected library catalogs suggest that this is the
only separate publication by Dr. Heymans in English, except perhaps
for the published proceedings of the VIIIth International Congress of
Psychology under his presidency. It is conceivable that there might
be articles or other book chapters in English, though I haven't come
across any.
