If both, president and vice president of the United States dyed or
were killed, who would take over the presidency?

If both the President and Vice President die, or choose to resign, or
are impeached, the Speaker of the Congress becomes Acting President.
In such a case, Congress must elect a President and Vice President
within a month. If the Speaker of Congress position is empty for some
reason, or if he or she died or resigns within the 30 days, the Vice
Speaker will become Acting President.
