on the oscarpro.com website ythey do not seem to have a contact email
address.  We are on the other side of the world and email is much
easier and cheaper than Fax or Phone.  Can somebody find me an email
address for us to tlak to them.  We are a saddlery store in NEw
Zealand wanting to stock the Oster Pro grooming tools.

I found two addresses for you. 

The first one was found at the very bottom of the Privacy Policy Page
of Osterpro's site
http://www.osterpro.com/privacy.asp

The e-mail address is      consumeraffairs@consumer.sunbeam.com. 

The above address is actually intended for folks wishing to "opt out"
of receiving unwanted e-mail from Oster/Sunbeam, or to ask questions
about the privacy policy.

The second address, is of Sunbeam/Oster Products, Inc, Administrative Contact

hoeferj@sunbeam.com

Obviously, neither address is meant for customers! I have had some
luck when I contact these kinds of addresses. I would copy the message
to both addresses, and explain why you are e-mailing. I would ask them
to forward the message to the appropriate contact person, if they are
not that person!

I have noticed that many companies are no longer making their e-mail
addresses easily available. I imagine this is to reduce the huge
number of customer e-mails, and to avoid SPAM.
