From a reliable Hong Kong regulatory source I have found the following information.

Total cellular subscribers for the years 1994 - 2003 ?  this total
includes GSM, CDMA, D-AMPS, TDMA, (unfortunately not broken down).

Number of CDMA subscribers as of October 2002

I know this information is not in format you require, but will it
