After i download a file and install. My desktop icons(names) changes
to unreadible character - almost like cyrillic characters - i do a
restore and everything is back noraml . I have talked to the webmaster
at the site i have downloaded from - and inquired about any problems
they may have - all is ok on there end. I ve seen this once before on
another computer - but much worse - i had to reload windows - is there
anything you can help me
