Having used to work for MGM Grand, this is a very large scale
operation. Just to clarify, Kim Cimini is the Senior Vice President of
Hotel Operations.

Depending on the compliment/concern, she may not be the correct person
to contact. She oversees the Hotel areas such as Front Desk,
Housekeeping, Bell Desk, Valet, Business Center, Spa, and Ticketing.

Keep in mind, she is an extremely busy person. In most cases, any
correspondance is handled by a woman named Janice Walker,
Correspondance Coordinator.
