Where can I get a used, or inexpensive battery for a laptop that I am borrowing for a few months. I think it is a P1 or a P2. I loaded win xp on there no prob. Micron XKE series laptop Part # NBK001337-00 Serial #: 1173206-0001 Battery: Only use the following: Part No. NBP001048-xx Battery Pack (xx may be any number 0-9) I was hoping to pay under $60, but I don't know if that is realistic. thanx in advnce, | |

Sherpaj -- All computer batteries are assembled using standard cell sizes, usually a collection of rechargeable "C" cells. One way to go is to dis-assemble your current battery and replace the internal NiCads with new ones. Best regards, Omnivorous-GA |

That is a awesome idea. I don't have a battery for it now. if i did have one, how would i open it, and how would I recharge it? |
