In the last couple of years i saw a TV documentry perhaps on BBC in England of some beautiful African people. They were unique in the sense that they had very sharp features and had beautiful teeth and smiles. They appeared to be very untouched by the modern world. I would like to know if someone recalls this program and let me have details of the programme/location of these people |

Dear charlotte2206-ga; Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting question. There is no way to know exactly which documentary you are referring to of course because there have been so many, but they are easily obtained. I do know of some fine examples that are probably of the type (if not the same) shows you have seen, such as the BBC produced shows narrated by Michael Palin and the Werner Herzog documentary ?Wodaabe: Herdsmen of the Sun? being only two of the many produced, but probably among the most popular. The undeniably beautiful people you are talking about are the Wodaabe people of Northern Nigeria and southwestern Niger. Wodaabe peoples are actually a subgroup of the larger Fulbe-speaking Fulani, a nomadic herding tribe who prefer to call themselves Bororo. If you have any questions about my research please post a clarification request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us. Best regards; Tutuzdad-ga ?
