I'm looking for a list of:

Countries that use Driver Licenses, with an estimate of the total
worldwide number of licensed drivers

Countries that use National IDs, with an estimate of the total
worldwide nationals with national IDs

Countries that use Voter IDs, with an estimate of the total number of
Voter ID documents

Countries that use Passports or other travel documents, with an
estimate of total number of Passport documents in circulation.

Total number of smart cards for the world (contact and/or
contactless), preferably with sub-set numbers for financial services
(bank cards/amex) and network security (i.e. used as a token)

I realize that this may be an unrealistic task, so I'll offer a normal
fee for a satisfactory answer, with a nice tip for a complete answer,
and a big tip for a researcher who can also provide links to reputable
resources I could use in the future to try to track this information
down.

Dear Margi, 

Did you mean, "Countries that use Driver Licenses" as a sort of ID?
Many countries use driver's lisence in order to lisence drivers, and
other forms of identification in order to identify citizens.

Countries that issue actual driver licenses, regardless of use, i.e.
if a national ID is used as the defacto ID document, I still want the
number of driver licenses.  I understand that this may mean that there
is overlap in my numbers, i.e. for a country that has both driver
licenses and national IDs, *both* would be counted, but would be
listed in their respective categories.  I hope this helps. If you need
more information, simply ask.

I've looked all over the web with no luck and consider myself a
halfway decent web researcher.  I hope you are more successful that I
was.  I was shooting for an answer by Sun a.m.... but it doesn't sound
like that's going to be likely ;-)...
