I need to find as many luxury homeowners ($1,000,000 and up with 3,500
sq ft and up) as I can who are looking desperately to sell their
houses. They have to be very motivated, and willing to accept 60%-70%
of the market value of their house. Some reasons they might have for
wanting to seel the house quickly would be divorce, death in the
family, illness, IRS problems, legal problems, job transfer, house has
been listed for a long time with no buyers, owner does not want to
make 2 payments, etc. They would need cash, and we could get them the
cash within 60 days of signing a contract to buy their house. What are
the best ways to quickly and efficiently identify and contact
homeowners in this situation?

I would ideally like to find vacant houses worth $1,500,000 and up.

There's a 'Sponsored Link' above your question (from where I sit in

of their value.

Thanks for the comments, but the sponsored listing would not be able
to be targetted enough to efficiently target the people I am looking
for. They need to be luxury homeowners who are both desperate to sell
and willing to accept a large discount off market value. There are no
keywords that would efficiently target that extremely narrow niche.
