presidency...this was an article that occured a few years ago and
explained that the auto unions were against changes to the gasoline
engine. THis article said that this information came form the freedom
of information act that indicated that the democratic party was
dictated by the auto unions. Also several democratic respresentatives
claimed that this dependence and lack of emphasis was the reason why
the democrates lost the election. Actually this might be two articles
but I am interested in them both...thanks...

I saw this newspaper ariticle about a year or two ago...it had to do
with the auto unions not allowing the democratic party to emphasize
environmental issues. I am hopefull that this article can be found...
