I am looking for a credit card or pre-paid card that works like credit
or cash card for a kid who is 17 years old.

Your best bet is the Visa Buxx card.  A great web site and the card
has been around for 4 years or so.  The other major credit card
companies have various gift and prepaid cards, but nothing as good
as the Visa Buxx card.

the MasterCard site is poorly designed, you will have to sort through
