Where can I obtain access to a source or site that displays, on an
ongoing basis, the relative amounts of institutional dollars flowing
in and/or out of different Industry Groups (+/- 200 groups) on US
exchanges.  I'm willing to pay a fee for use, if necessary, but
something less than 10 or 15 dollars per month.
In its financial seminars Business Week offers this table, but it's
bundled with a great deal of other stuff that I don't need.
