I just accepted a job that allows me to live in any major city in the
US (with a major airport).

Given the state and city tax rates of my current location, I was
considering relocating.

For a hypothetical $100,000 income (not married), what are the total
city & state income tax % for the following places (within city
limits - assumes all income is earned in said city, with no housing owned in city):
Tampa, Florida
Denver, Colorado
Seattle, Washington
Des Moines, Washington (south of Seattle)
Houston, Texas
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Phoenix, Arizona
Salt Lake City, Utah
Las Vegas, Nevada
