Looking for above counter bathroom sink manufacturer or dealer? 
Requirements - Round shape, 13" maximum top diameter, no faucet hole,
ability to mount partially below counter, white color, viterous china,
available in or to Canada.

Sonoma Cast Stone in Sonoma, CA  707-939-9929 makes cast concrete
sinks that can be mounted as you suggest but they are not vitreous
porcelain.

Thanks for the information. Very interesting. Unfortunately Sonoma
does not ship to Canada.
