What services do small/medium businesses need that someone with a
database and entrepreneur background could fill?

I am currently a database administrator, have done programming and
networking, have MBA and Software Engineering degrees and have
successfully started, grown and sold a small business.

Are there some data analysis and presentation services that small
businesses would love to have but don't know how or where to get
started?

I would like a few good ideas (solutions, not simply consulting) and a
few related sources from someone who is knowledgeable in both business
and tech fields.

A few of my strengths are:
- Problem solving
- Visual math/statistics ie. diagramming
- SQL
- Communication

Also, this doesn't have to be full-time, part-time that could evoulve
into full-time would be perfect.
