The were 239 NASD arbitrations against A.G. Edwards.  I would like to
know the following:1) when these arbitrations took place 2)where they
took place and the nature of the 54 regulatory actions which took
place.

http://www.nasdr.com/ provides access to the NASD's Public Disclosure
program, where you should be able to request the details. Since
filling in personal/contact information is required to submit a
request, I haven't verified that the NASDR site has the details you
need, but it is fairly likely based on my recollections of a previous
search.
