Can you tell us which country and/or state you are located in? The
availability of MS Office 2003 will vary from country to country, but
generally it will be available for purchase both in retail stores and
possibly online stores that serve your area.

TEll us where you are, and we can most likely tell you where to go to
buy MS Office 2003.

If you're a registered reseller for Microsoft products, you can
purchase what they call an Action Pack which contains Office 2003 and
all of their server and application products for <$300.  These are for
your use and can be used in your companies production systems AND for
testing.  The point of this pack is to familiarize resellers with
their products, but not having to give them away.  You get  4
quarterly updates for this price.  Search Microsoft for Action Pack if
you are a reseller.

that you say you are located in Nigeria.

The Microsoft office in Morocco provides sales and support for

However, although they are supposed to cover Nigeria, in reality they
only provide online information for customers in Morocco, Algeria, and
Tunisia. As well, Microsoft does not sell directly to end-users in
Africa, so you will need to contact the above office in Morocco to see
if they can direct you to anyone in Nigeria who is a certified
Microsoft Office reseller.

However, please note that this office is not a sales or support
center. The purpose of this MS Nigeria office is to represent
Microsoft's intellectual property rights in Nigeria, and to pursue
legal action against any organization in the country that is
infringing on Microsoft's rights by pirating their software. I suspect
that they would be willing to direct you to a certified reseller,
though, since it is obviously in their best interests for you to buy
the software legally.

I will wait for your feedback about any information you can obtain
from MS Nigeria or MS Morocco before proceeding to post an Answer
