FMS3008 is a Material Specification for:

Aluminum Alloy 2124 Plate (2.50 - 6 Inches Thick)
Fracture Toughness Tested

Is this the information that you are looking for or are you looking
for more detail?

I can give you a reference for this if you are interested.  I haven?t
been able to find any more detail.

That was part of the answer, yes. I would like additional details. Are
there other testing requirements besides fracture toughness?
