I'm interested in finding the best seats/best price for two (2)
tickets to the 8:00 p.m. NYC showing of "The Producers" on Friday
April 30th. My own cursory search produced "Orchestra Center Row B"
for $345 each and "Orchestra Row A" for $260 each. However, there's
some many online/800# ticket brokers with so many variables (see
below) that it's worth it for me to shell out $10 (plus tip) to have
someone else willing to do deeper research.

Some warnings: I used to be a GA researcher myself, so I may be a bit
more demanding than the average customer.  On the other hand I might
be more reasonable. Caveat researcher. :-)

Many of the ticket brokers claim specific seat availability only to
note in the small print (usually in the purchase screen) that the
specific seats they claim may not be actually be available and what
they're actually offering are "equivalent or better." I'm only
interested in actual "in hand" tickets (both the above I cite fit that
condition). In other words, I want the tickets I think I'm purchasing
to be really those tickets, not substitutes.  If I find that I can't
actually get the tickets, I'll give you a poor rating plus ask for a
refund.

A satisfactory answer will beat the price and seat location I've
already found for two side-by-side seats for that date. A more than
satsfactory answer will meet those conditions plus give me exact seat
locations and will engender an up to 100% tip. In other words,
"Orchestra Row A - Seats 15 and 16 - three seats right of center."
Clear? If not, please ask for a clarification. Thanks.

I got there through Broadwaytickets.com (which is supposed to be the
best online site for purchasing show tickets).

I tried other sites but couldn't get anything as close as Rows A or B.

Bs for $210 each through our hotel's concierge interestingly enough),
