I have found a fairly detailed description of the cut flower market in
Turkey.  The report itself is dated 2001, but the data for flower
cultivation are for 1998.

The information includes the geography of flower growing in Turkey,
the amount of open vs greenhouse acreage, the types of flowers grown
(inluding numbers of flowers, and value of the crops), amounts of
exports, and the key countries to which they're exported.

Would this information meet your needs?  Please note that I looked,
and did not find more recent data available in English.

I don't need the flower growing information in Turkey. All I need is
the retail sales or retail market within Turkey. Of course description
of the market would be helpful.
We are thinking about opening a new florist in Turkey and I need the
size of the retail market to be able to plug my numbers into it.

I don't need the flower by flower details. But sales per city would be
helpful. Also, please note that I can read Turkish. So any recent
information that you find in Turkish would help me.
