YOu know thoes puzzles that like have a chain with a boldt and a
washer on them, and you have to get one off, but it seems impossible? 
I want to buy some puzzles like this, but I can not figure out what
they are called.  Please let me know what they are called, and some
web sites to buy them from if possible.

These are generally known as 'disentanglement puzzles',
and are also known as 'bar puzzles' or 'tavern puzzles'.
I happened to be familiar with these terms.

A 'nut and bolt' puzzle is available from PottyPuzzles.com,
near the bottom of the page:
