Hi Everyone?

I am working on a project in to develop & retail cell phones in about
20 countries in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa) region, for which
I am developing a feasibility study.

The concerned investors are interested in getting to see several
independent opinions about the project before committing the finance.
To achieve that, the current option that I know of is to have
independent consulting firms build their own feasibility studies,
which is very time-consuming and costly.

So, here is the question: Where can I go to secure independent reviews
of my feasibility study from reputable firms/consultants? In other
words, instead of having an independent consultant build the study from
scratch, is there a consulting service to review existing feasibility
studies and give recommendations on whether to go ahead or not
accordingly? If there is, it would be great if I can find consultants
who have experience in the EMEA region?

Thanks?

Octopia
