I'm trying to find the name of an air crash investigator who worked on
both the Tenerife disaster in 1977 and the Mt. Erebus disaster in
1979. I believe he also did research on the 1984 Nasa fuel-additive
remote-controlled crash. His name is either Peter Spear or something
closely related to "Peter Spear." He is deceased.
