As a physician recruiter, we use many different methods to identify
and recruit physicians for jobs throughout the United States in
various specialties.  Getting the names and telephone numbers of
prospective physician candidates is not a problem.  However, it would
be beneficial if we could e-mail targeted job opportunities to, for
example, potential "family practice"  physicians in Pennsylvania.  I
recognize that out of the thousands of doctors in every state in every
specialty that not everyone has an e-mail address but would like to
know the answers to two related questions:

1.  I'd like a few sources of these e-mail lists for purchase or lease; and
2.  Even better, I'd like to know if there are services that would
take my database of names and scour the internet for e-mail addresses
linked to the names provided.  Something like this would need to be
automated but I think it's possible.  I'm looking for someone who has
experience in doing this.
