Top Trumps was a cult card game in the late 70s and early 80s. It was
owned by a company called Dubreq who were later acquired by toy giant
Waddingtons who brought out a new version of the game, Super Top
Trumps. I would like to know indicative figures of how many packs of
top trumps/super top trumps were sold in this period.

The craze died out in the mid-80s and nothing was really heard of Top
Trumps until 1999 when the company Winning Moves bought the brand and
relaunched the game - I'd also be interested in any current sales
figures.
