Dear Atlasww,

It really depends which product or service we're discussing. There are
several methods that are unique to this field and have been
successfully tried. Would you like an explanation on each?

In addition, the ways and means might depend on the place (country, US
State), where you would like to do it - some methods are considered
unethical in some countries, or are restricted.

The service is medical transcription, where some doctors/clinics
perform the service in house while others already use an outside
service. Hospitals would also be a potential customer. Transcription
is simply converting recorded files into word documents. This would
only be in the US. My service would be equal quality to others,
faster turnaround, and a much cheaper price, saving the doctors
thousands of dollars per year, each. Even a 7 day free trial is
offered. Direct mail has not worked at all. Doctors are tough to
reach in person or via phone. Thanks.
