Their web site indicates there are no franchises in Canada.

I'm just wondering if it is a copyright issue. I was able to locate
Mothercare in several countries.

At their site which answerfinder so graciously provided, if you click
the help button it shows stores to be searched for in the Uk and also
in Africa, Europe, The Far East and The Middle East. Unfortunatley
none in Canada. A search for "mohercare" on google yields two results
of interest. One is a list of nutritional links for children, one link
shows a Mothercare in Barrie, the other in Nipising.
