I read the AP news on the Yahoo website and watch CNN Headline News and sometimes the BBC news. It all seems so repetitive and focused on the latest disasters. I'd like to find other sources for the news that keep me informed but avoid repeating themselves over and over. And I'd like to save time. |

Did you try the news service provided by google ? At Google News ( http://news.google.com/news/en/us/nation.html ) you wonīt be bored with repeated messages over and over again. And google news offers another - in my opinion great - service. The google news alert (beta state): ( ://www.google.com/newsalerts?hl=en ) keeps you informed by e-mail on exactly the topics you wish to watch. You will be notified by mail when new news appear. Thatīs what I call "time saving". You do not have to browse through all the news to find out the interesting ones for you. After entering the keywords (topics) of your personal preference you will get a mail as soon as new messages by the google news system. I hope that google news will keep you well informed. till-ga No search done as I use google news every day. | |

NewsIsFree http://www.newsisfree.com/ An Advanced News Aggregator "This site collects headlines from 8652 sources around the web and lets you manage them in new ways. You can: - Browse the latest headlines, from thousands of sources in many different languages. - Search for the latest news. - Create custom pages with your own choice of news sources, arrange them in boxes or lists. - Send headlines to your friends and collegues by mail."
