Question ID: 317971
I would like to hire someone to acquire a property for me. The
property is a specific one in the north of England which is run down
and not yet on the market but I believe is vacant and may soon be for
sale. Estate agents only seem to be able to sell me a property that is
already on the market but I would like to be proactive in this while
also maintaining my anonymity for the time being in case it does not
come off.
I work and live away from the area but is there a type of person whom
I could hire to research, approach and negotiate a purchase for me who
would therefore have my interests at heart?

Hi!

Are you still interested in someone answering this question? In what
area is the property located?

Thanks!

Yes... still interested. Area is YO22 in the UK. The land registry is
a great resource. I think the building has not changed hands recently
so is not easy to pin down without maybe a postal application.

Dear sir, madam
I wonder wether you are still looking for this property and if so, may
I recommend the landregistry in the UK, if you have already some
information about the property.

I happen to live near by the office and if I could be of assistance in
your search, feel free to contact me.
Good luck
