I am looking for census information for the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts.  

I am looking for all of the census tracts (expressed in six digits)
which make up the city.  I am also especially interested in knowing
what census tract that the address, 138 Belleville Road, New Bedford,
MA. is located in.

What are the census tracts which directly surrounds the census tract
containing the address of 138 Belleville Road, New Bedford, MA and I
would like maps of these census tracts.

Please identify any of these census tracts which would be considered
low - to moderate-income (defined as less than 80% of the Median
income of the Metropolitan Statistical Area).

Provide summary statistics and comments as to the concentration of
immigrant populations in each census tract.

Provide summary statistics and comments on the population, housing,
and business characteristics of the area.

Identify any low-income or elderly housing concentrations in those census tracts.

I have been directed to use the web site: census.gov, but don't know
how to extract the information I am looking for from it and don't have
the time to do us.
