I want a toolbar like mysearch.com, with a text box, dual-state
invocation/button, and more buttons on the right (just like
mysearch.com toolbar layout).

But I want to be able to use a configuration page to update the
actions / links taken when you click each button.

I don't like any of the toolbar tools, and I only use this one layout,
so can you give me a template that is configurable with a PHP or
whatever script? I will use any of the cost effective tools but it
appears that text-reader's toolbar is primative and sub-standard. It
appears that custom toolbar and dynamic toolbar tools are the only
good ones, and I don't know if they can be scripted.
