for distributors and wholesalers of photocopier parts/toners/drums and
consumables in Russia, Poland and Ukraine.
The companies should deal in these products specifically and not only
be photocopier resellers/distributors and wholesalers.
i.e. they can be photocopier distributors and photocopier
drum/toner/parts/consumables distributors; or they can be only
photocopier drum/toner/parts/consumables distributors; but they should
not be only photocopier dealers.

photocopier drum/toner/parts/consumables distributors; but they should
not be only photocopier dealers.

I don't see how criteria (1) and (2) can coexist?

Hi jbf777 and thanks for your question.

I can only really answer ths question by getting into details of the
industry. This could be a little complicated.
So i think it will be a lot easier if i change instead the parameters
of the question to the following:

"I would like to get the contact details (email/tel/fax/company name)
for distributors and wholesalers of photocopiers, photocopier parts,
photocopier toners and photocopier drums in Russia."

No, a company can do any one of the activities.
It does not need to do all of them.
(If a company does more than one, that is also fine).
