I have a p3 using XP that has gone into restart mode.  It also tells
me "cpu is unworkable or has been changed Please recheck-CPU soft
menu"

I cannot get into safe mode and when I select "last known good
configuration" that does not make any difference. the machine just
continues to restart repeatedly.
