Hi,
I own the domain, www.wrldlnx.com, as is easily documented on
whois@opensrs.com I have a free website host which began notifying me
that I was overusing my allotted space. They suspended me based on
this use, despite my telling them that I had not used the space, and
could not tell using their administration software who was, or what
was being done with it. Subsequent to being suspended I can't even get
on to see what might be there. I just found that an Austrian is using
the url (Felix Jost) and my host is telling me I have to fix the
problem. Tucows is the registrar, which the host went through to
reserve the domain for me. Tucows FAQs say to go to the site Admin
contact (me) or the host. Host says I must go in and find the
offending files and go from there. I am ready to change hosts, of
course, if I can do so, but I am wondering if there is some official
way to name the Austrian who has managed tohijack the site, or if
perhaps my host is double dealing. (www.Canaca.com). I have emailed
the hijacker to cease and desist. No answer, of course. ANy ideas
appreciated.
