Once a strike is invoked, what happens next?  What is the difference
between permanent and termpory replacement of strikers?  Can you ever
be fired by your employer for striking?  Please be as detailed as
possible about what occurs when you strike.

I am referring to the United States, specifically a Texas based
airline (Southwest Airlines) that serves 60 U.S. cities.
