How can I sync a Kyocera 7135 to an OSX Mac running RDC?

Here is the main issue that makes this tricky:
Whatever software I get to do the sync, needs to support the PC ver of
Outlook 2003 which I run inside of a thin client called Remote Desktop
Connection (made by Microsoft).

Also, can I sync the MP3 player part, or just the contacts, tasks part.

thanx in advnce,
