Please provide me with any and all public domain information about
Oracle's Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer: Jennifer Minton.
Specifically, biographies (that would include where she went to
school, et cetera), articles in finance or accounting magazines where
she is interviewed. This should all be from the public domain.

prsfro-ga,

I want to be clear about what you're looking for.

Information in the "public domain" usually refers to information that
is not copyrighted. Most "public domain" sources are either from the
government, or are at least 75-80 years old and their original
copyright has expired.

Any magazine or newspaper articles that include information about Ms.
Minton would most likely not be in the "public domain", even though
the articles themselves are easlity publicly available.

(In case this is not clear...you can easily find information in this
morning's newspaper, and even make a copy of it for your records. But
since the info is copyrighted, you cannot copy a newspaper article
into a book you are writing unless you have permission from the
copyright holder).

Anyway, I just wanted to clarify what it is you're after here. Any
feedback you can provide would be most helpful.

Thanks.

For a senior executive of a large public corporation, there is
surprisingly little information available on Ms. Minton. The basic
corporate blurb from Oracle in its filings to the SEC is:

==========

Ms. Minton, 42, has been Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations
since October 2001. She served as Senior Vice President and Corporate
Controller from April 2000 to September 2001 and Vice President and
Corporate Controller from November 1998 to March 2000. Ms. Minton
joined us in May 1989 and has held various positions in the finance
organization including Assistant Corporate Controller and was a Vice
President since August 1995.

==========

Beyond that, I've only found some insider trading filings from Ms.
Minton (which identify numer of shares traded, and her attorney of
record), and a small thumbnail image of her on the list of Oracle
executives.

That's it!

If -- based on the knowledge you have already -- you can offer any
suggestions of places we could look to search for additional
information, they would be most welcome.

Thanks.

prsfo-ga,

So far, in the public domain, I've only been able to find a brief
paragraph about her career history. I will keep searching but I would
like to know how much information you are expecting regarding Ms.
Jennifer Minton?

Thanks,
Tox-ga

Educational background would be great. Professional background --
positions (if any) prior to ORCL. Thanks.

I found the same dearth of information. It is surprising. I am going
to cancel this question.
